Researchers (Bai et al., 2017; Xu, 2017; Sun et al., 2018) found that Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi can regulate the expression of TLR8, HIF-1α, PDGFβ, and PTEN in gastric cancer cells, which can inhibit invasion, migration, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of gastric cancer cells through NF-κB/Snail signaling pathway. Here, NFKB1 is linked to gastric cancer.
