Though no former publication presents evidence showing any relationship between miR-26b-5p, MALAT1 and HMGA2, our in vivo and in vitro experiments showed that METTL3 promotes expression of MALAT1 by modulating m6A modification of MALAT1 and MALAT1 could sponge absorb miR-26b and suppress miR-26b expression in BC cells. Here, HMGA2 is linked to breast cancer.
