Out of 17 genes that mapped to the DISEASE database, 7 have been linked to pathogenesis of human CLL and/or other leukemias (Birc3, Wnt5a, SP140, Atr, Lyn, CD274, and Flt3), and SIFT analysis revealed that the detected mutation in Lyn is likely deleterious (Table S4). The gene discussed is ATR; the disease is B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
