Analysis performed using all or most of the selected algorithms revealed significant negative correlation between CUL5 expression and immune infiltration of CD8 + T cells and the tumors cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), HNSC, HNSC-HPV–, HNSC-HPV+, KIRC and kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP). This evidence concerns the gene CUL5 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
