The brachial plexus CSA (identified as a possible biomarker for ATTRv-PN) [9], at follow-up, significantly increased (23.8%) when considering the whole cohort (p < 0.0001), but also the ATTR-PN patients (p = 0.008) and the pre-symptomatic carriers independently (p = 0.012). Here, TTR is linked to poikiloderma with neutropenia.
