We found decreased tumour growth rate and final smaller tumour size when CCAT2 was knocked down, while overexpressed CCAT2 promoted tumour growth (0.2839 ± 0.0321 cm3 vs. 0.1044 ± 0.0103 cm3, p < 0.001; 0.2568 ± 0.0178 cm3 vs. 0.6696 ± 0.1098 cm3, p < 0.01; Figure 3A,B). Here, CCAT2 is linked to neoplasm.
