CRNDE promotes the growth and invasion of HCC cells by regulating multiple signaling pathways, such as PI3K/Akt, BCAT1, MAPK, and Wnt/β-catenin pathways (Tang et al., 2018; Wang et al., 2018; Zhu et al., 2018; Ji et al., 2019), suggesting that CRNDE may act as an oncogenic lncRNA which could be served as a potential target for HCC therapy (Zhang et al., 2018).
