Among them, the activation of the JAK/STAT3 pathway could induce metastasis and angiogenesis in HCC, and CKS1B overexpression has been previously reported to activate the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway (Shi et al. 2010; Yan et al. 2017) Therefore, this study attempted to explore whether CKS1B regulates the malignant progression of HCC through JAK/STAT3 to provide a valuable molecular mechanism for targeted therapy of HCC. The gene discussed is STAT3; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
