After prognosis analysis, we found four genes (AKT1 (AKT serine/threonine kinase 1), ERBB2 (Erb-B2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2), KMT2C (lysine methyltransferase 2C), and USP34 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 34)) associated with survival of breast cancer (Figure 1B; Supplementary Table S2). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
