Heshmati M et al. reported that ghrelin induces the proliferation of T-ALL cells via activation of the SIRT1/AMPK axis, whereas Okasha S M et al. reported that SIRT1 activation suppressed the growth of T-ALL cells by inhibiting Notch, NF-ĸB, and mTOR signaling [13, 33].
