High expression of three hub genes, i.e. GRSF1, cytochrome c oxidase subunit 7B (COX7B), and chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 8 (CCT8), in the tan module were all significantly associated with poor survival outcomes, whereas MAPT and REC8 meiotic recombination protein (REC8) in the blue module all predicted better prognosis in breast cancer when overexpressed (Figure 4). The gene discussed is COX7B; the disease is breast carcinoma.
