AGT and hypertensive disorder: No significant effects of FG-4592 treatment were observed on urine volume, urine osmolality, and urinary electrolyte output (Na+, K+, and Cl–) in mice with or without Ang II infusion (Figure 4, A–E), suggesting that the antihypertensive role of FG-4592 in this hypertension model could be independent of the regulation of water and salt metabolism.
