NLRP3 and myocardial infarction: The results demonstrated that hydrogen inhalation could significantly reduce the expression of MDA and ·OH in myocardial tissue of rats with myocardial infarction, while MCC950 could not significantly reduce mitochondrial damage and oxidative stress indexes as hydrogen (Figure 2I‐J), which indicated the different mechanisms of regulating NLRP3 inflammasome of hydrogen and MCC950.
