We found that a total of 31 KEGG gene sets were significantly upregulated in HCC tissues with high level of UHRF2, among which ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis, cell cycle, Wnt signaling pathway, TGF-beta signaling pathway, chronic myeloid leukemia and ERBB signaling pathway were cancer-related pathways. This evidence concerns the gene UHRF2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
