This study found that EFNA1 is associated with lymph node metastasis, suggesting that high EFNA1 expression may affect the proliferation and metastasis of ESCA, and early metastasis is also one of the common causes for failure of anticancer therapy in clinical practice and an important factor affecting the prognosis of tumor patients. Here, EFNA1 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
