Related studies have exhibited that the prevention of the tumor microenvironment from stimulating the transduction of Ang2 signals can inhibit the metastasis of tumor cells.[12] Ang2 can promote the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells, metastasis of osteosarcoma cells, angiogenesis, and glycolysis.[25] Therefore, Ang2 plays a dual role in tumor progression and anti-tumor immunity. Here, ANGPT2 is linked to osteosarcoma.
