FOXD3 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: Then, we studied the expression in six nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines(HNE1, HK1, HONE1, CNE1, CNE2 and SUNE1, Figure 1E) and an immortalized normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line (NP69, Figure 1E) through RT-qPCR and found that the expression of FOXD3-AS1 was significantly upregulated in NPC cell lines (Figure 1E, P<0.05).
