Among the 5 genes in the OS-related prediction model, the high expression of MYEOV (P = 2.336e − 08), LY6D (P = 9.737e − 04), ANLN (P = 6.508e − 04), and ZNF488 (P = 1.366e − 04) genes was associated with worse prognosis in PC in Kaplan–Meier curves according to the median values of the gene expression (Figures 5(a)–5(d)). The gene discussed is ANLN; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
