NLRP3 and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma: According to Xue et al. (2019) patients with NLRP3 overexpression was found to have a poorer overall survival and disease-free survival five years after surgery in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, indicating NLRP3 serving as an auxiliary indicator for the long-term prognosis in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
