Suppression of NLRP3 protein by its targeted inhibitor CY-09 or knockdown of the NLRP3 gene could inhibit the cell proliferation, migration, invasion, promote apoptosis and G0/G1 cell cycle arrest in osteosarcoma cells in vitro via NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD pathway. This evidence concerns the gene NLRP3 and osteosarcoma.
