PDGFRA and glioblastoma: Compared to the 10 patients with DMG, although the ccGBM had no statistical differences of PDGFRAamp/mut and total PDGFRA alteration incidences, because of the limited samples of DMG, we cannot conclude that they both had similar molecular characteristics of PDGFRA. But we can infer that the ccGBM group had a characteristic change in PDGFRA, which can predict the invasion of midline structures (such as the CC) and a poorer prognosis than that associated with common GBM.
