In nasopharyngeal carcinoma, circARHGAP12 is significantly upregulated and regulates the expression of cytoskeletal remodeling-related proteins (EZR, TPM3, and RhoA) through directly binding the mRNA 3′-UTR and promoting its stability via EZR/TPM3/RhoA complex [21]. This evidence concerns the gene EZR and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
