TTR‐CA is thought to be particularly common in specific subsets of patients,2, 5, 6, 7 including those with aortic stenosis (AS), heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and left ventricular hypertrophy or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (LVH/HCM), especially when diagnosed in adults. Here, TTR is linked to heart failure.
