CCAT2 binds with miR-200b to enhance IGF2BP2 expression, which in turn upregulated TK1 expression to promote migration and invasion of ESCC cells in vitro, while accelerating tumorigenesis in vivo; this phenotype could be reversed by overexpressing miR-200b (Figure 8).
