Consistent with previous studies on genomic instability in ovarian cancer (Vollebergh et al., 2012; Alkema et al., 2016; You et al., 2017; Tian et al., 2020), we observed that CXCL10-related immune signature genomic alteration was obviously higher in the high-risk classification. Here, CXCL10 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
