DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) can induce GSDMD-mediated pyroptosis of breast cancer cells (Nathalia et al.);3. Under hypoxic condition, nPD-L1 can switch TNFα-induced apoptosis to pyroptosis and GSDMC is cleaved by caspase8 in breast cancer cells (Hou et al.). Here, CASP1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
