Basheer et al. (2019) found that in mouse models of LAML, deletion of EZH2 before retroviral transduction with oncogenic MLL-AF9 or AML1-ETO9a fusion genes accelerated disease and shortened survival, indicating that EZH2 functions as a tumor suppressor, which was the same as the result of our findings. This evidence concerns the gene MLLT3 and neoplasm.
