MAPK14 and type 2 diabetes mellitus: MAPK14, JUN, STAT3, IL-2, JAK2, TP53, CCND1, AKT1, FOS, RELA,MMP9, SIRT1, PPARG, IL-6, EGFR, TGFB1, VEGFA, JAK2, PTGS2, IL1B, TNF, and NFKB1 were centrally located in the interaction network with high node degrees, suggesting that these high-degree proteins may be the key antidiabetic targets of GQL during T2DM treatment.
