As COL11A1 is a promising therapeutic target due to its involvement in chemoresistance, in the present study, we used RNA in-situ staining to determine the frequency of COL11A1 positive CAFs (CAFsCOL11A1) and tumour cells in a large cohort of different SGC and the ten most prevalent carcinoma primaries on tissue microarrays (TMA).
