Pathway enrichment analysis revealed the upregulated genes significantly (p < 0.001) enrich to transcription, HIV infection and immune response pathways, while the downregulated genes significantly (p < 0.001) enrich to central metabolic pathways (glycolysis, pentose phosphate, oxidative phosphorylation), immune response (antigen presentation, T cell receptor and IL6 signaling), and multiple signaling pathways (p53, MAPK, MET and HIF-1α). Here, TP53 is linked to HIV infectious disease.
