CD4 and neoplasm: Compared to the contralateral node, the tumor-draining lymphnode had a much higher percentage of CD4+ cells (82 versus 8%); this was not significantly impacted by LFPRLR SMO, but there was a trend towards a further increase (Fig.S1G, H).The tumor draining lymphnode also had threefold the percentage of Tregs and treatment with LFPRLR SMO normalized to contralateral lymphnode levels (Fig. 2E, F).
