To investigate the cell types with activated p‐RIP3 and p‐MLKL after hydrocephalus, we used double immunofluorescence staining to observe the cellular localization of p‐RIP3 and p‐MLKL in three kinds of cells, including NeuN+ neurons, Iba‐1+ microglia and GFAP+ astrocytes, in the cortex and hippocampal DG, CA1 and CA3 regions. This evidence concerns the gene RBFOX3 and Hydrocephalus.
