CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The KEYNOTE-024 study showed that Pembrolizumab is associated with longer Progression-free survival (PFS) (median 10.3 vs. 6.0 months; HR 0.50, 95% CI 0.37–0.68, p value < 0.001) and OS (6 months OS of 80.2% vs. 72.4%, HR 0.60, 95% CI 0.41–0.89, p value = 0.005) with a better tolerability profile compared to CHT in patients affected by advanced NSCLC and expression levels of PD-L1 ≥ 50% [5].
