At the end of tumour growth experiment, phosphorylation of NCOA4-RET G810R and TPM3-TRKA G595R confirmed their strong resistance to Pz-1, with only NCOA4-RET G810R showing some rate of inhibition at the highest used dose (3 mg/Kg), possibly explaining the partial tumour growth inhibition (Supplementary information, Figure S11). This evidence concerns the gene RET and neoplasm.
