Recently, Ott et al.81 conducted a clinical trial for personalized neoantigen vaccines with anti-PD-1 antibodies in 60 patients with melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), or bladder cancer and found that neoantigen-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell responses were observed in all of the patients and that objective response rates were 59%, 39%, and 27% for melanoma, NSCLC, and bladder cancer, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and melanoma.
