CHRM2 and hypertensive disorder: This part of the results suggested that MK-626 might relieve hypertension-induced endothelial dysfunction by suppressing the expressions of Tnni3, Chrm2, Mylk3, and Il-6 and restoring the expressions of Cacna1C, Itgav, Itga8, and Npnt. Importantly, lncRNA ENSMUST00000155383, which was included in the 13 DE-lncRNAs we have identified, was co-expressed with Cacna1C, Itgav, Itga8, and Npnt. Also, our previous study revealed that lncRNA ENSMUST00000155383 mainly expressed in endothelial cells of the vasculature, which was downregulated in hypertensive mouse aortae (Tan et al., 2021).
