In this study, we found that most genes were positively related to cancer stemness (10/11, 90.9%), among which the correlation between CCNF, PKMYT1, TK1, and RNAss reached 0.5 (P < 0.001), which is consistent with previous literature, and these genes could be cancer stemness and tumor heterogeneity biomarkers. This evidence concerns the gene CCNF and neoplasm.
