An important finding of this study was that the downregulation of EIF3H, RAD51C, FAM162A, BLVRA, ATP6V1H, and BRAF was closely related to the occurrence of AD.EIF3H, a subunit of the eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 complex, regulates protein translation, and plays a key role in several processes in the initiation of protein synthesis [28]. This evidence concerns the gene EIF3H and Alzheimer disease.
