Three months after treatment, the levels of tumor markers AFP, AFP-L3, and GP73 in the observation group were 14.61 ± 3.49 μg/L, 3.29 ± 0.41 ng/mL, and 51.24 ± 4.51 μg/L, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group, 32.53 ± 4.59 μg/L, 5.63 ± 0.63 ng/mL, and 71.52 ± 6.05 μg/L (P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene GOLM1 and neoplasm.
