In the Calu-3 cells infected with H1N1, the results from four transcriptomic datasets (GSE80697, GSE40844_CA, GSE40844_NL, and GSE37571) showed that twelve overlapping DEGs containing USP18, RSAD2, IFIT2, OAS1, MX1, IFI44, MX2, IFIT1, DHX58, IFITM1, IFI44L, and FOLR2 were identified to have a higher expression compared with the uninfected cells at 12 h post-infection (hpi). The gene discussed is MX2; the disease is infection.
