In the entire study population, the median values of the circulating TNF-α levels were higher among CAD patients with OSA (5.05 pg/mL (IQR 3.43–6.94)) compared to 4.62 pg/mL (IQR 3.06–6.31) in CAD patients with no-OSA, but the difference was not statistically significant. Here, TNF is linked to coronary artery disorder.
