Since then, there have been single reports on NUCB2/NESF-1 in the most common human cancers, i.e., breast, colon, gastric, bladder, ovarian, endometrial, prostate, papillary thyroid cancers, renal cell carcinoma, and glioblastoma (Table 1) [41,46,47,48,53]. The gene discussed is NUCB2; the disease is glioblastoma.
