CTTN and Anxiety: In comparison to WT animals, the behavior of Cttn-deficient mice was similar in regard to the relative time in the border versus the central region of the arena (Figure 1A) as well as the total distance traveled (WT 2.606 ± 0.173 m; KO 2.982 ± 0.164 m), suggesting that Cttn-KO mice show normal exploration behavior and do not experience increased levels of anxiety.
