TNFRSF1A and myeloid sarcoma: The correlation found between signs of clinical disease activity in MS patients at the time of diagnosis, such as increased EDSS change, an elevated number of relapses and new white matter and cortical lesions, and CSF levels of TNF and TNF-R1, demonstrates that the CSF molecular signatures of the disease phenotype can already be identified at the earliest stages of MS [12,26,27].
