The phosphorylation state of STAT5 and pS6 proteins of NK, T-CD3+ and T-CD8+ lymphocytes from ascites of women with advanced EOC was assessed and compared with lymphocytes from their own blood to characterize phenotypic modulation of JAK-STAT5 and mTOR-S6 signaling pathways related to the tumor environment.
