Similarly to PTEN mutations, high ENDOG expression levels were also found associated with endometrioid types, as 84.5% of patients with high expression had an endometrioid tumor (p < 0.00001; Fisher exact test), although no significant differences in overall survival could be found regarding ENDOG expression levels in any endometrial cancer subtype (Figure S3).
