Finally, the levels of tumor-infiltrated immune cell types showed a marginal correlation between BRF2 expression and regulatory T cells (Tregs) (r = 0.0875, p = 0.0118, n = 828); CD8+ T-cells (r = 0.0715, p = 0.0189, n = 1078); T follicular helper cells (r = 0.0488, p = 0.1118, n = 1064), and activated NK cells (r = 0.0924, p = 0.0117, n = 744) in breast cancer, using a tumor immune cell estimation resource (Supplementary Figure S4).
