To date, two randomized trials have evaluated the use of dendritic vaccines: ICT-107 is an autologous DC immunotherapy targeting six antigens of tumor and cancer stem cells: melanoma-associated antigen-1 (MAGE-1), antigen isolated from melanoma-2 (AIM-2), human EGFR-2 (HER2/neu), tyrosine-related protein-2 (TRP-2), glycoprotein 100 (gp 100), and IL13 receptor alpha 2 (ILRa2) identified in the tumor tissues of 46 GBM patients. The gene discussed is DCT; the disease is neoplasm.
