Compared to healthy individuals (35 ± 3.99 ng/mL; n = 108), serum Hsp70 levels were significantly higher in patients with stage III and IV squamous cell carcinoma of the lung (234.4 ± 29.2 ng/mL and 321.2 ± 68.8 ng/mL, respectively) as well as in patients with stage III and IV adeno lung carcinoma (260.3 ± 75.3 ng/mL and 561.3 ± 173.4 ng/mL, respectively). Here, HSPA1A is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
