Our goals were to evaluate the therapeutic effects of noni fruit juice on acute gouty arthritis in mice by assessing the phenotypic characteristics (i.e., the paw swelling degree in mice), the contents of two types of proinflammatory cytokines (i.e., NALP3 and TNF-α), and the expression patterns of miRNAs, to ultimately illustrate the potential pharmacological mechanisms of noni fruit juice on acute gouty arthritis in mice. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and gout.
