Other significant predictors included histologic grade (1, 2, and 3), pleural invasion, lymphovascular invasion, perineural invasion, T stage (Tis, T1 vs. T2, T3, T4), lymph node metastasis, AJCC stage (0, I vs. II, III), and Ki-67 proliferation index (Table 3).
