Low level of MTUS1 was significantly associated with higher clinical stage (p = 0.006), higher tumor stage (p = 0.044), lymph node metastasis (p = 0.01), worse histologic grade (p = 0.007), lymphovascular invasion (p = 0.014), and higher Ki-67 proliferation index (p < 0.001). Here, MKI67 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
